We are noticing huge improvements in the students who regularly take advantage of our monthly Sparring Courses, in their speed, their fitness, and their ability. For those who have still not taken part in these sessions, you are letting yourselves down. Register at reception now!

The next Little Ninja grading is on approach, so be sure to register at reception as soon as possible! If you have any queries, or if you are due and are missing stripes to grade, please speak to an instructor.

To co-inside with Mothers Day, Mrs Platt is hosting a special women’s only session. Open to all women and girls, whether they be members or not, so be sure to invite friends, family, neighbours and colleagues to what is sure to be a fun and friendly afternoon!
