Junior and Adult Gradings may have been last month, but August is starting out with a Little Ninja Grading. We’re aware that a lot of people are going away at this time of year, but if you are due to grade and are available to do so, please register at reception ASAP. Thank you!

~Nerf War~
Saturday 15th August – 1:15pm
(£5) (Ages 6+)
Lock and load. As a special treat to our students, we’ll be turning our training hall into a battle arena for a Nerf War on Saturday 15th August. We’ll provide the ammunition, you just bring the Nerf Guns. We also encourage all those attending to have some form of eye-wear (sun glasses, face shield, swimming goggles, etc.) to help avoid any accidents. Register at reception today!

~Summer Bank Holiday Closing~
Monday 31st August
As always, we will be closed on the Summer Bank Holiday at the end of August. To all students this effects, we apologise for the inconvenience, and encourage you to catch up your sessions on another day.

~General Notice~
We are aware that the weather in recent weeks has been very warm, and we understand training in such heat can be uncomfortable. That being said, please be sure to wear the correct clothing while training. We do offer club T-Shirts for all of our classes, and if you would like one, you need only speak to an instructor, but home attire is not recommended on the mats. Given the nature of the martial arts, regular, everyday clothing can be easily damaged, and items such as shorts offer little-to-no leg protection from abrasions and collisions. Please train in either a full suit or a club T-shirt. Thank you.
