~December’s Sparring Session~
Saturday 14th December – 1:15pm (£10)
As a special Christmas treat, Mr Platt has managed to squeeze one more Sparring workshop in before the end of the year! As always, the session is perfect for all levels, whether new to sparring or experienced, and it’s also great for developing speed, flexibility, fitness, footwork, and stamina. Register at reception today!
