~Bring-A-Buddy Month~ It’s that time of year again. Time to go back to school, time to see old friends again, or maybe time to make new ones. Whatever the case, there’s nothing wrong with bringing your mates along to join in the fun! All throughout this September, you’re welcome to bring any friend or family

~Sizzle Saturday~ Saturday 16th August – 1:15pm Do you enjoy Dodgeball? What about Dragon Tail? Duck, Jump, Move? Or even Avalanche? If you love the fun and games we call “Sizzle drills” at the end of every class, then the Sizzle Saturday is perfect for you. An entire, hour-long session dedicated to nothing but fun

~Little Ninja Grading~ Saturday 12th July – 1:15pm Tuesday 15th July – 5:15pm Due to scheduling conflicts, the Little Ninja Grading has been split between two dates this time. White belts, Orange stripes and Purple stripes are set to grade on Saturday 12th July at 1:15pm, while all students above Green Stripe are expected to

~Family Fun Session~ Saturday 7th June – 1:15pm (Free) For those who sit at the side and watch during classes, our Family Fun Session is the perfect time for you to get stuck in too. There’s no limit on who can take part too, the class is open to parents, siblings, cousins, aunties and uncles–whoever

~May Bank Holiday Closings~ Monday 5th &  26th May Students please note that we will not be open on the Public Holidays in May. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes for Monday trainers, and we encourage you to catch up on any session missed. No other days or sessions will be affected. . ~Sparring

~Nunchaku Course~ Saturday 5th April – 1:15pm (£7) For those looking to do more Nunchaku work outside of classes, you’re in luck. Our special Nunchaku course is tailor made for both beginners and experts, and is perfect for all levels and ages. Nunchaku can be a complicated weapon, but like all things, they just take practice,

~Sparring Course~ Saturday 8th March – 1:15pm (£10) We are noticing huge improvements in the students who regularly take advantage of our monthly Sparring Courses, in their speed, their fitness, and their ability. ~Family Fun Session~ Saturday 8th February – 1:15pm (Free) This  special family fun class is the perfect opportunity for parents and their children to train together.
