~Sparring Course~
Mr Platt’s Sparring Course has already started but it’s not too late to participate. Sessions start at 6:00pm on the following dates.

Friday 17th May – 1 v 1 competition
The Course is open to all levels and all abilities. Please be sure to register your place at reception.

~Bo Staff Course~
Saturday 18th May – 1:15pm
(£7 Fee) (Limited Spaces)
Bo Staff is the favourite weapon of many, and it’s not difficult to see why. This easy to learn yet hard to master is one of the most fun weapons to work with, so don’t pass up on this opportunity to pick it up.

~Beginner Sparring Course~
Saturday 25th May – 1:15pm
(£10 Fee)
We understand that sparring can be a little overwhelming, especially for lower grades and new members. This is why we are also offering a special sparring course to help those who are unconfident and uncomfortable. We encourage anyone who is unsure about the sparring side of their training to get involved.
