Our Teens and Adults classes work all the benefits of the Martial Arts, from discipline and focus, to self-defence and fitness. The techniques and patterns we teach in these classes are in line with the World Taekwondo Federation curriculum, and with dedicated training, you will be a Black Belt in 3 years. Whatever your age, level, confidence, or ability, we structure everything to be at your pace, and our goal is to see you reach your potential and go from strength to strength. We are always on a quest to be our best.
